Ryan contends with illness on the day of his title defense, Jays opponent presents him with an unexpected challenge, and Lisa recruits a new fighter. Alvey oversees it all while opening up a new gym.

Alvey and Lisa are struggling to keep Navy Street afloat. Their best hope is Alveys son Nate, an up and coming fighter. Jay, Alveys other son, is on the outs with his father. When Lisas ex and former MMA champ, Ryan, shows up, complications arise.there is no overview

Alvey deals with Ryans reckless decisions and Lisa introduces her newest fighter, Alicia, to Navy St. Nate gears up for his return to the cage. Jay meets a photographer, Laura, who presents professional and personal opportunities.

Doms relationship with Ryan creates problems with Alvey and Lisa. Nate tries to make peace when Jay causes tension at home. Alvey gets a surprise from his past.

Nate finds his problems compounded after his loss and Jay spins out of control in his pursuit of Laura. Lisa explores what her future will look like when her baby arrives.

Dom dishes on Navy St. and forces Lisa to make an unexpected move. Alvey tries to connect with his mother while bonding with Nate and Jay in the desert.

9 - Living Down

Christina searches for new living arrangements, Lisa realizes Alveys home may not be the place for her, and Ryan and Jay cut weight as their respective title fights loom.

Its cut day for Ryan and Jay. With the weigh-in only hours away, the two struggle through the agony of cutting weight while Lisa tries to reach Alvey. Nate, determined to get back into the ring quickly, asks Mac for help.

Alveys comeback fight couldnt come at a worse time as Navy St. comes to grips with tragedy. Roles are reversed when Ryan coaches Alvey, and Lisa begins a new chapter.

Ryan defends his lightweight title, while Nate and Jay discover Christina in a bad spot. Alvey gets a call from an old friend, and Lisa makes a final decision regarding her future.

On fight night, everyone is focused on Jay and Ryan, leaving the rift between Alvey and Lisa for later. Lisa questions her role in their life. Christinas demons show signs of surfacing.

Alicia makes a career defining decision that will alter her relationships with everyone in the gym. Keith presents a challenge to Ryan, reminding him just how unstable his roommate can be.
