Sinopse:
Daniel (Mark Strong) é um cirurgião motivado por uma tragédia pessoal com o intuito de tratar qualquer pessoa em sua clínica clandestina de Londres que esteja disposta a pagar por ajuda médica fora do sistema. Ajudado por Lee (Daniel Mays ), um trabalhador de transportes descontente, e Anna (Carice van Houten), uma pesquisadora médica com problemas de culpa, eles tratam uma variedade de pacientes cada vez mais desesperados e altamente perigosos, enquanto a moralidade de Daniel é testada ao limite.
