Sinopse:
A história começa com Seiya Kanie, um garoto do ensino médio que é convidado para um encontro em um parque de diversões por uma bela e misteriosa estudante transferida, chamada Isuzu Sento. Ele é apresentado a Latifa, uma princesa e gestora do parque, e é convidado para ser o gerente desse parque de diversões decepcionante nos subúrbios de Tóquio.

1 - No Visitors!
Seiya Kanie -- handsome, scholastically successful and athletic, self-confessed narcissist Seiya Kanie is befuddled. His classmate, Isuzu Sento, gives him a musket and asks him out on a date.
2 - Not Enough Time!
Amagi Brilliant Park is operated by the residents of magic nation of Maple Land. It seems like a fantasy, but having been given the ability to hear peoples minds by its owner, Queen Latifah, Seiya has no choice but to believe it.
3 - The Plan Isn't Working!
Circumstances and impulse bring Seiya in the position to become the acting owner. He proposes reforms in order to meet the goal of attracting 250,000 visitors within three months, but the crew is full of complaints.
4 - The Secretary is Useless!
Though arrogant, Seiya solves problem after problem at the park. Isuzu should be happy about it, but something bothers her.
5 - Not Enough Money!
With the 30-yen offer, the number of visitors slowly improves, but money is still an issue. In an attempt to find quick cash, Seiya visits Moffle, and they set off to search for a supposed treasure hidden in a cave.
6 - Not Enough Workers!
Isuzu has mixed feelings about Seiyas expert handling of the issues at the park, even having nightmares about her own work. Meanwhile, in an effort to resolve the labor shortage, she begins interviewing potential hires.
7 - The Pool is Dangerous!
The summer is here, and Splash Ocean, the water park area, is brimming with guests as usual today. Isuzu, Muse, and the other four fairies are busy in pirate costumes. Meanwhile, Joe the shark notices something wrong in the machine room.
8 - Unrequited Love!
Seiya collapses from fatigue and summer cold after having been busy with managing the park for the past few days. To help Seiya, whos worried about his attendance at school, Moffle and others came up with a plan: Pretend to be Seiya by wearing Mogoot Clans magical clone suit and attend school. However...
9 - Can't Build Any Teamwork!
Muse and others practice for a new show, but theyre completely out of sync and uncoordinated. Latifah is worried, and decides to host a sukiyaki party in order to deepen their friendship.
10 - Out of Options!
Visitor count is increasing at Amagi Brilliant Park ever since they renovated some of the attractions and started night parades. However, Seiya looked grim as he was uncertain that they would reach the target visitor count before the deadline.
11 - No More Worries!
Seiya is more determined than ever, after finding out Latifahs secret. He comes up with an idea that will help them achieve the target visitor count before the predetermined deadline. Tricen, the head of sales, starts gathering information under Seiyas order, but...
12 - No One Can Predict the Future!
Amagi Brilliant Park set a new attendance record after it was selected as the venue for the soccer match. Visitors walk through the entrance gates one after another under Amagi Projects supervision. Latifah prays for them to achieve the target visitor count, but...
